  • mineral salts
  • vitamins

The presence of these nutrients are very important for the hair, because they help hydrate the hair, avoiding dryness. In fact, hair tends to dehydrate especially after prolonged use of straighteners and curlers and straighteners.

Can oils be used on both wet and dry hair? This is the question many women ask themselves, but the answer is simple, the oils must be applied to wet or damp hair.

It is not recommended on dry hair, because at the time of application the hair fibers appear nourished, but if applied frequently it can dry and dehydrate the hair and especially the tips. For this reason, it is recommended to apply it on wet or slightly damp hair, because the water forms a real barrier between the cosmetic oils and the oils that are present on the hair fiber, preventing one from dissolving the others. In this way, the oils are able to nourish the hair by nourishing it in depth.

Always ask your doctor for advice in case of dermatitis because sometimes these oils are not always effective, it always depends on the situation.

1- Pack to nourish the hair

The oil can be applied to the hair to nourish it in depth, in this case the following oils are recommended:

  • jojoba
  • Argan
  • flax seed
  • coconut
  • sweet almonds
  • wheat germ

The hair should be moistened, starting from mid-length, 5 drops are enough to be applied directly on the hair, then gently massaged, insisting on the tips. Collect the hair with forceps and cover if you want with a cap and leave for 30 minutes. Then proceed normally with the shampoo, never forget to put the conditioner, in the case of very fine hair, you can avoid applying the conditioner.
If you want a stronger and shinier hair you can apply a little more oil on all hair, then wrap them with a towel wet with hot water.

By periodically making these compresses before shampooing, the hair will be more nourished, especially women with mixed and oily hair and those with dyed hair are recommended.

2- To regulate the hair before styling

The oil is really useful in the case of unruly hair, we recommend applying it only after washing your hair. Then dry your hair a little with the hair dryer, in order to eliminate excess water, the hair should not be too wet or dry. Now pour 4 drops of oil on the palms of your hands, choose the one that suits your hair. Rub your hands to heat the product, distribute the oil over the lengths and ends. You must prevent the oil from touching the roots, then continue with the styling, you will notice that your hair will be shiny and silky.

Sesame and coconut oil are the two recommended oils in this case, especially when the hair is subjected to frequent stresses such as drying with irons and plates. In this way, the oil applied before the final drying, controls the humidity of the hair, thus eliminating the frizzy effect.

3- To polish the hair

Hair oil can be used to make the hair more shiny and shiny, even if you have to be careful because the amount is wrong, the hair can be heavy even when washed. After shampooing and styling, apply 2 drops of argan oil on the palms of the hands, rub and apply on the lengths. In case of hair and not dry, apply the oil only on the tips. Women who have dry hair can use them several times a week, just moisten the hair a little, you will notice that your hair is stronger and shinier. In addition, after styling, the oil goes to fix the hairstyle, even in the case of unruly hair.

4- Treat the irritated scalp

In the event that on the scalp, there are flakes, or seborrheic dermatitis and you can use jojoba or sesame oil. The first goes to significantly reduce the sebum and itching, apply it on the whole hair and leave for about half an hour. In this way you will be able to remove the small crusts that form especially in the case of hair with dandruff. It is a way to gently peel them off, avoiding further redness and itching after shampooing. You can focus on the most irritated areas of the skin, then do gentle massages and leave on for half an hour, then proceed with the shampoo.

Sesame oil is useful in this case and the application is like for jojoba oil. When using these oils, care must be taken when washing the hair, because the risk that they may remain residual even after shampooing is not at all good.

Oil residues can be eliminated using two different types of shampoo:
