Wavy hair: prepare them for drying
Wavy hair gives movement and body to the hair unlike straight hair, suitable for all hair types, but preferably for long and medium length hair. Making the classic waves is not that difficult, unless you are not very experienced, just follow small and simple tricks to be able to show off perfect and voluminous waves. For some women, having wavy hair is synonymous with disorder, but it is not always true, it depends on how much time you dedicate to styling. Surely that is not enough, the phase preceding drying is also important.
If time runs out, you can’t go to the hairdresser, but you want to have wavy and perfect hair, especially long-lasting, just have a suitable hair dryer and brush and everything will be easy.
The hair should be washed with a delicate and specific shampoo based on your hair, then after having washed it well, rinse and apply the conditioner all over the hair. Wash well and the last rinse is done with cold water, in this way the cuticles will close.
It seems like a trivial step but the hair will be shiny, hydrated and lend itself very well to styling. Wrap your hair in a cotton towel to remove excess water, do not wring your hair so as not to damage the ends.
If you can apply a mousse or a modeling gel, all over the hair, then brush the hair well so as to distribute it well. In this way a perfect styling will be guaranteed.
Dry wavy hair perfectly
After having rinsed the hair well, the next step is drying, which must be done well and above all, a lasting styling must be guaranteed. It is necessary to have a round brush with soft bristles, the size depends on your hair, of course you will need a voluminous one if you have thick hair. The advice is to seek advice at the time of purchase.
In the first phase of drying, to prevent the hair from swelling, put the diffuser on the hairdryer and dry the hair upside down first.
Set the medium temperature, dry a little then divide the hair into sections. Wrap each strand around the round brush, reaching half the length of the hair. Put the nozzle in place of the diffuser, bring the hair dryer but not too close to the hair and then unroll the lock and proceed with the other sections.
We advise you to repeat it a couple of times to ensure a perfect wavy hair. Now take the lock back and wrap it around the finger of one hand, blocked with a hairpin or goose beaks. Distribute the heat of the hair dryer all over the hair and then remove the beaks or hairpins and leave the locks. In this way you will notice many curls, separate them and then vaporize with a volumizing spray.
