Not only sometimes also the frequent use of dyes and treatments such as permanent and too frequent washing can make hair dry. Here’s how to hydrate the hair: in a bowl put five tablespoons of rhassoul powder, two tablespoons of argan oil and 5 drops of neroli essential oil, mix and then add a little water so as to mix everything well, you will need to get one thick and homogeneous cream. Moisten the hair and distribute well over the entire hair, leave for about 20 minutes, then rinse well and proceed with the shampoo. You can follow this treatment twice a week. When buying argan oil make sure it is 100% pure.

2- Coconut oil: it is a perfect ally for the hair, in fact, thanks to the saturated fatty acids contained, they hydrate the hair. Always read the label, it must be written “extra-virgin” or “virgin”, they are the most suitable ones. In case of dry hair, apply coconut oil to the hair and wrap with a towel moistened in hot water, in this way the fatty acids present in the coconut oil will penetrate the hair fiber. Then they will hydrate it deeply, the hair will be brighter. It is important to leave on for at least half an hour, then after the time, rinse well and proceed with the usual shampoo. In case of very dry hair, just apply coconut oil on damp hair, then put on a shower cap and go to sleep. In the following morning, do the shampoo two or three times, until all the oil residues have been eliminated, you will notice the hair soft and silky. You can apply coconut oil together with the conditioner, after shampooing, insist on the tips and gently massage the scalp.

3-Sesame oil: very effective for dry hair, apply a few drops on dry hair, or you can make compresses, then massage with your hands and leave for at least 30 minutes, then proceed with shampoo.

4- Peanut oil: it has a composition similar to olive oil, in fact it moisturizes dry and dehydrated hair very well. Put 450 g of shelled peanuts and 45 ml of warm water in a bowl, leave them to soak until the skin peels off easily. Transfer to a blender with 3 tablespoons of water and whisk very well, until obtaining a homogeneous cream. Transfer to the fridge and leave to rest for at least 24 hours, then apply over the entire foliage, insisting on the tips.

5- Wheat germ oil: in combination with avocado it is very effective for treating dry hair. In fact, avocado provides essential fatty acids and nutrients, not only is it rich in vitamins. Prepare the mask: in a mug, put the pulp of the ripe avocado and add 15 ml of wheat germ oil, blend well, you will need to obtain a homogeneous cream. Apply the mask on the hair and leave it on for about 15 minutes, then rinse well and proceed with the shampoo. It is recommended to do it at least once a week.

6- Egg and milk: egg is an ingredient often used for hair care, perfect for preparing masks for the presence of proteins and minerals. Prepare the mask: In a bowl, beat the egg with the whisk, add 125 ml of water and 15 ml of rose water. If it should be very liquid, add a few tablespoons of milk powder. Mix well and apply to the hair and leave for about 20 minutes. Then proceed with the shampoo.

7- Banana and almond oil: banana is beneficial for the hair, while almond oil hydrates and gives brightness. Prepare the mask, just put a banana and 125 ml of almond oil in a mug and blend well, until you get a cream. Apply to hair and leave for about 20 minutes.

8– Cocoa butter and coconut oil: cocoa butter because it hydrates the hair from the roots, while the fats contained in coconut oil reduce dryness throughout the hair. In a saucepan, heat the cocoa butter in a bain-marie for about 30 grams, then add 15 grams of coconut oil and mix well to mix well, then turn off and let cool. Apply to the hair before it solidifies, then leave for 30 minutes and then rinse, then apply 3 times a week.

9- Pumpkin and honey: pumpkin can be used as a natural conditioner to hydrate the hair. Cut two slices of pumpkin and cook in a pan with water when it softens, mash with a fork and add 3 tablespoons of honey and mix well. Moisten the hair and apply the cream by massaging gently on the scalp and leave for 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with water, if you can repeat twice a week.
