With summer and not everyone likes the natural effect of sun kissed hair, with beautiful golden reflections or simply a lower tone to illuminate the face. There are small tricks to lighten hair naturally and economically
For those who love sun-kissed hair or for those who want to lighten their hair there are natural and economic methods that allow you to obtain very natural and gradual results.
Some are really simple and require the use of ingredients or products that we have at home or that we can easily find, without spending a lot of money. Let’s see them together in detail.
Chamomile
Chamomile is one of the most traditional remedies for a very gradual lightening: just make a decoction with chamomile by placing two sachets or two tablespoons of chamomile in a small pot of water and then rinse your hair after shampooing and dry it preferably in the sun to get reflexes faster
Beer
The beer goes to lighten, unlike the camomlla that takes longer, even darker hair.
Just wet your hair with slightly degassed beer and leave it covered with a cap for 2-3- hours or leave to dry in the sun for a stronger effect
Cinnamon
Cinnamon allows you to lighten your hair and get a warm and golden tone.
You need to make a compress with two teaspoons of turmeric and the usual conditioner or yogurt for the most damaged hair; once put on the hair, preferably not in contact with the scalp to avoid irritating it, just leave it for at least 3 hours covered by a cap.
Lemon
Lemon has strong lightening properties even if it tends to dry out the hair so it is advisable especially for those who do not already have dry hair problems or in any case it is advisable to do between one session and the other to treat nourishing masks ,.
To lighten the hair, then just squeeze a lemon, dilute with a little water and leave it on the hair for about 30 minutes and then rinse.
Henna
Henna also has lightening effects but to obtain the desired effect it is appropriate to ask a herbalist directly for condemnation or in any case to check the type of henna and the laying well.
In general, however, just create a compress with hot water and henna and leave it on for at least 3 hours.
Hydrogen peroxide
It is not an anti-aging remedy but also hydrogen peroxide allows to lighten the hair even if it tends to ruin the tips in a minor way compared to bleaching.
It can be used by spraying it on the hair after putting it in a bottle together with half a dose of water and then leaving it on for at least 20 minutes.
In general, these are natural remedies that allow lightening in a very delicate way and therefore need a lot of constancy to obtain very evident effects.
