Natural remedies are always the healthiest ones, because only natural products are used that protect the hair, without damaging it.

It is true that natural remedies do not have immediate effect and above all we must avoid the constant use of:
- products for washing with aggressive substances;

- do not “pamper” your hair with masks and wraps.

1- Mask with bananas for healthy and strong hair
The pulp of this fruit, hydrates the hair and can also be used as a conditioner, just crush the banana with a fork, so as to obtain a pulp. Apply the mixture starting from the hair root to the ends and leave for about 15 minutes, then proceed with the shampoo.
2- Castor oil mask with shea butter
Castor oil is an oil that reinforces and nourishes deeply damaged hair, shea butter and honey regenerate the hair and fortify it.
Prepare the mask by heating 1 tablespoon of shea butter in a water bath, then transfer it to a bowl with 3 tablespoons of castor oil and 2 of honey. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Apply the mask on the skin and on the entire length, insisting on the tips, do gentle massages with your fingertips, activating the microcirculation. Let the mask rest for 20 minutes, then wash your hair, using only natural products.
3- Treatment with egg yolk
Egg yolk is a perfect ally for brittle and unhealthy hair, because it contains healthy proteins and fats that can strengthen the hair fibers, also useful in dry skin. Apply the yolk on the scalp and leave for about 10 minutes, then rinse with water and wash with shampoo. It is recommended to repeat the treatment every 15 days.
4- Pack with argan oil
Argan oil must be purchased pure, so it softens and strengthens the hair, also useful in case of split ends. Prepare a compress by applying argan oil on the points and leave for an hour, before shampooing. If you want to fortify the whole hair, put in a small bowl two tablespoons of coconut oil, a spoonful of argan oil, mix the ingredients well, so as to have a homogeneous mixture. If you want to give a particular perfume, you can add 2 drops of eucalyptus essential oil, then apply on the whole hair and leave for 15 minutes, then continue with the shampoo.
5- Mask with olive oil
Olive oil is the perfect ally in these cases, appreciated all over the world, it is one of the vegetable fats, healthier for our body. In fact, it is widely used in the cosmetic industry, because it nourishes and strengthens the hair structure. Just apply a little oil on the skin and do gentle massages with your fingertips and leave for about 30 minutes. Then proceed with the shampoo. If you want you can also do it in the evening before going to sleep and leave it on all night, but the hair must be wrapped in the shower cap.
6- Honey
Honey moisturizes and nourishes the hair in depth, just apply a few drops in a small bowl together with the conditioner or shampoo and then proceed with washing as usual.

- Dry your hair properly after washing.
- Do not rub them with a towel.
