Find out in this article which hair care routine to follow and the specific products for a dream hair!

Hair care routine for straight hair

Smooth hair is often every woman’s dream, but those born there often have to deal with problems that are not easy to manage, such as the absence of volume and getting dirty very quickly. To overcome these problems without abandoning that wonderful natural smoothness (which can also be obtained thanks to professional ironing) it will be necessary to scrupulously follow an appropriate routine.

The choice of shampoo must fall on a light, non-foamy product, suitable for frequent washing; to this will be associated a conditioner or a rich and full-bodied cream indicated for straight hair to be put exclusively on the lengths, in order not to further weigh down the roots. To postpone the next washing for 24 hours, in this case the use of a dry shampoo to be sprayed on the roots is recommended: it helps to keep the leather clean longer.

Hair care routine for oily hair

Oily hair that gets dirty easily can be a real worry, ending up affecting everyday life, organized according to the next shampoo.

To try to minimize the effects of what – in dermatological terms – is called “seborrhea”, a scrupulous hair care routine is needed, based on the attempt to rebalance the scalp and its excessive secretions.

The shampoo to choose must absolutely not be degreasing: the more an aggressive degreasing action takes place the more the scalp, in defense, will tend to secrete sebum, increasing the problem. For this specific type of hair, the use of a cream conditioner is not recommended, to be replaced with a no-rinse spray conditioner to be applied only on the tips to detangle without weighing it down.

Hair care routine for curly hair

Voluminous and rebellious, curls are among the most fascinating hair; pity that they are often difficult to manage. It is not uncommon, in fact, to hear complaints about their excessive volume and the frizz that grips them on rainy days. To keep curly hair at bay, it will be necessary to devote yourself to a scrupulous hair routine, to enjoy only the beauty of your hair every day of the year.

Curly hair always tends to be dry, so we recommend the use of a nourishing shampoo in combination with a specific mask, to restore tone and elasticity to the hair. The drying phase will be the decisive one: never comb your hair but simply untangle it with your fingers, apply a generous handful of foam for styling (if with antistatic power, even better) and proceed with the hairdryer equipped with a diffuser to get curls fairytale.

Hair care routine for fine hair

Fine hair – however wonderfully soft to the touch – suffers from some problems related to its structure: they tend to spoil very easily and get dirty with a certain rapidity. Two problems that tend to feed each other further worsening the situation.

Fine hair must be treated with extreme care, requiring a gentle hair care routine: a non-foaming shampoo therefore free of surfactants, a solid conditioner so as not to weigh it down and – just before drying – a heat-protective spray so as to make the drying as aggressive as possible.

Hair care routine for frizzy hair

Frizzy hair is certainly the most difficult type to manage and – for this reason – requires shock treatments. The best products to use in this case are rich in nutrients that – going to plump and close the scales of the hair, responsible for the “straw” effect – will regulate the hair, making it less insubordinate.

Shampoo, cream and antistatic spray must meet only one need: to regulate the hair by giving it back the lost nourishment.

Never underestimate the power of a hair care routine studied in detail, it could really change the appearance of your hair which – anonymously – will acquire a healthy and well-groomed appearance.
