FRENCH BALAYAGE HOW TO DO IT
French balayage is a professional hair color change service that can only be done in the salon, so not at home. L’Oreal Professionel explains to us that the first phase of the process is the lightening of the hair with the bleached Blond Studio. Then follows the neutralization with the gloss Dia Light. It is a toning created to balance hair and suitable for all bases. At this point, hairdressers have 7 shades available to enhance every base, from the lightest blondes to browns, up to dark hair. How to recognize a perfect French balayage? There should be no sharp color contrasts between hair strands but shades of shades. The lightening must not go beyond 1/2 tones with respect to the base.
